Sheltowee RV Park & Cabins is a quiet, family-run park on US 60 just west of Morehead, at the edge of the Daniel Boone National Forest. Its 24 extra-long, extra-wide gravel sites have full hookups with 30/50 amp and Wi-Fi, set around two stocked fishing ponds, and the Sheltowee Trace trail is right there. Managers live on site, and there are BBQ smokers, horseshoes and golf carts to rent. Cave Run Lake's marinas and beaches are about 15 minutes south, and Morehead's Folk Art Center, railroad museum, brewery and cafes are just up the road.
