Agreement Terms

1. Agreement to Partner Terms

By submitting the campground partner application, the person submitting confirms they are authorized to act for the campground, RV park, resort, or outdoor lodging business listed.

2. Independent Business Relationship

The Campground Partner is an independent business. No Porch Camping Co. does not own, operate, manage, control, supervise, or guarantee the partner’s property, employees, services, reservations, prices, rules, safety, or guest experience.

3. Partner Offer

The Campground Partner agrees to provide verified active No Porch Camping Co. members a flat 50% discount off the eligible standard nightly campsite rate, subject to availability and the dates, sites, stay limits, restrictions, and rules submitted by the partner.

Unless the partner states otherwise, the discount does not apply to taxes, government fees, resort fees, utilities, extra guests, extra vehicles, pet fees, add-ons, rentals, merchandise, food, or other non-campsite charges.

4. Reservations and Payments

Unless separately agreed in writing, No Porch Camping Co. does not handle reservations or campground payments. The partner is responsible for bookings, deposits, taxes, refunds, cancellations, check-in, check-out, guest disputes, and applying valid No Porch Camping Co. discounts.

5. Campground Responsibilities

• Operate safely, legally, and professionally.
• Maintain required licenses, permits, approvals, inspections, and insurance.
• Follow applicable federal, state, county, and local laws.
• Provide accurate information and notify No Porch Camping Co. when important details change.
• Honor the approved 50% member discount when valid and available.

6. Listing and Promotion Permission

The partner gives No Porch Camping Co. permission to list and promote the campground using submitted information, photos, logos, descriptions, amenities, discount details, restrictions, blackout dates, and nearby travel information.

7. Photo, Logo, and Content Permission

The partner confirms it owns or has permission to use submitted photos, logos, graphics, descriptions, and other materials, and will not submit content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, or ownership rights.

8. Reviews and Member Feedback

No Porch Camping Co. may allow honest member reviews, ratings, photos, comments, and feedback. Reviews may be positive, neutral, or negative. No Porch Camping Co. may moderate spam, threats, harassment, profanity, privacy violations, fake reviews, illegal content, or clearly unrelated material.

9. No Fake Reviews

The partner may not create, buy, request, encourage, or submit fake reviews; pay only for positive reviews; threaten members over negative reviews; or submit fake negative reviews about competitors.

10. Member Data and Privacy

Any member information provided to the partner may be used only for legitimate booking, verification, customer service, or offer-related purposes. The partner may not sell, share, spam, or misuse member information.

11. Taxes and Legal Compliance

The partner is responsible for all applicable taxes, lodging taxes, fees, deposits, utilities, pet fees, cleaning fees, resort fees, and other charges related to its operations.

12. Safety and On-Site Operations

The partner is solely responsible for property condition, safety, staffing, maintenance, roads, utilities, hookups, bathhouses, cabins, pools, playgrounds, trails, activities, events, employees, contractors, and security.

13. No Porch Camping Co. Branding

The partner may not use the No Porch Camping Co. name, logo, slogans, or branding without written permission and must stop using approved branding if participation ends.

14. Ending Participation

Either party may end participation with written notice. No Porch Camping Co. may suspend or remove a partner for false information, failure to honor an approved valid discount, unsafe practices, misuse of member data, fake reviews, harassment, legal concerns, brand damage, poor member experience, or violation of these terms.

15. No Guarantee

No Porch Camping Co. does not guarantee a specific number of bookings, visitors, reviews, revenue, rankings, or member activity.

16. Limitation of Responsibility

No Porch Camping Co. is not responsible for campground operations, reservation disputes, injuries, property damage, employee or contractor actions, taxes, permits, unsafe conditions, weather, road conditions, member behavior, or disputes between members and the partner.

17. Electronic Signature

Checking agreement boxes, typing a name, entering a date, and submitting the application may be treated as an electronic signature and agreement record. By submitting the partner form, the partner agrees to these terms.
